What we collect

Nothing requiring an account. The SHEM app runs without signup; oracle calculations use your birth date in your browser and via our server, and it is not stored or logged beyond standard, short-lived web server logs.

Purchases are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We receive from Stripe only what is needed to deliver your download (a payment session reference).

Analytics uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.

If you ask for a reading, we keep your name, your email address, your birth date and time if you gave one, the date you consented, the reading itself with its draw log, and a cookie that identifies your browser. Names and email addresses are kept indefinitely, because they are our mailing list; your readings are kept with them. The cookie and the email address are also what enforce one reading per person per regency. Every email we send you carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of it.

If you are under eighteen we do not read for you, and nothing you typed is stored.

If you give us your email address for a download, a reading, or updates, it is used for that purpose and never sold or shared.

Your rights
