Iah-Hel — Angel № 62 of the Shem HaMephorash

Wisdom, solitude, philosophy, meditation

The seal on the Kamea of Mercury

Note: an angel's ruling planet and its seal's Kamea can differ by design — the Kamea follows the angel's choir, while the planet is its individual ruling sphere. The choir assignment follows Lenain (1823), transmitted by Ambelain (1951), regularised into blocks of eight; the choir-to-Kamea correspondence is this work’s own, not a traditional attribution. Both are set out on the sources page.

Verse — Psalm 119:159

Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.

Shadow counterpart

The night-face of this quinance is Valac, President — the disordered current that Iah-Hel holds in order.
